maintenance provides updates for DataPlus which includes:
- Access to product upgrades: Improvements and enhancements
- Integrated application compatibility: DataPlus and integrated applications
Maintenance is required for the first year, which is calculated by adding software server + client(s) price times 25%.
Note: Maintenance is not support or installation. It is for software only.
Based on Server + Client(s) total current price times
- Price 1: 25% (up to expiration date)
- Price 2: 50% (from 1 day after expiration to 90 days after expiration date)
- Price 3: 100% (91 days after expiration date)
To qualify, account must be in good standing with no Accounts Receivables.
If your Maintenance expires:
- from date of expiration you will no longer be eligible for any further upgrades or fixes
- from date of expiration software download will not be available on client portal
note: when you download your software, please retain a permanent copy locally.
- from date of expiration if integrated application(s) have upgrades or fixes, and your maintenance has expired, you are no longer eligible for upgrade which could affect your current version's integrity
