Maintenance provides updates for DataPlus which includes:

• Software updates
• Integrated application compatibility: and integrated applications
• Access to product upgrades: Improvements and enhancements

Maintenance is required for the first year.
It is calculated by adding software server + client(s) price times 25%.
Note: Maintenance is not support or installation. It is for software only.

Based on Server + Client(s) total current price times (price subject to change)

• 25% (up to expiration date)

Maintenance Expiration & Renewal

If maintenance has expired, then program reverts to subscription pricing.

Important:

If your Maintenance expires:

• from date of expiration you will no longer be eligible for any further upgrades or fixes
• from date of expiration software download will not be available on client portal
• from date of expiration if integrated application(s) have upgrades or fixes, and your maintenance has expired, you are no longer eligible for upgrade which could affect your current version's integrity
