    After executing "Push to eautomate" in QuoteWerks Tool Menu, nothing happens.
    Resolution
    Prior versions of dpQWSync used the "Menuopts.add" file to execute the menu item.

  9. Check "Access Rights" you prefer

    Error (53) File not found. Resolution
  1. When dpEAQuote is installed it makes an entry into QuoteWerks file [drive]:\QuoteWerks\menuopts.add

    Push To e-automate="c:\Program Files (x86)\Hogan Data\dpQWSync - EAQuote\dpQWSyncEAQuote.exe"
  2. The path points to the dpQWSync - dpQWSyncEAQuote.exe file to execute the push.
  3. Correct the path and file name is needed.

    Unable to acquire contact information from e-automate:. A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)
    Resolution
  1. Ensure you are using the correct SQL instance name
  2. Ensure SQL Server service is running
  3. Ensure SQL Server Browser service is running
  4. Ensure TCP/IP and Named Pipes protocols are enabled
  5. Ensure the "Allow remote connections to this server" is checked in SQL Server Properties
  6. Configure the Windows Firewall for the SQL Server port and SQL Browser service
