dpFolders Activation
When opening Act you get "dpFolders Activation" message. The activation process did not succeed.
This subscription has expired. Please contact Hogan Data.
Resolution 1
If you purchased dpFolders with a subscription and your account for dpFolders has expired. You must renew your subscription.
Resolution 2
Ensure all these files are present in C:\Program Files\ACT\Act for Windows\Plugins\dpFolders

DataPlus EULA.rtf
DataPlus.dll
dpFolders-Licensor.exe
dpFolders-Manager.exe
dpFoldersSettings.xml
dpFolders-uninstall.exe
Licencing.Activator.dll
RestSharp.dll
Resolution 3
Ensure DataPlus4.licenses is present in C:\ProgramData \HoganData\dpFolders folder
Note:If files are missing, there is a strong possibility that your anti-virus software has removed them.
It is not necessary to uninstall dpFolders
Reinstalling dpFolders will replace the missing files, but it is important to note that your anti-virus software could remove them again
Configure your anitI-virus to exclude your Act program folder
Configure your anitI-virus to exclude your C:\ProgramData\HoganData\dpFolders folder
After reinstalling dpFolders, it may be necessary to request activation count from Hogan Data if you have exceeded your activations.
