Once the Push Configuration has been performed you can now create & edit Customers & Vendors from Act to Sage 50.

A "Customer Number" & "Vendor Number" must be created to perform the task. Also there are a few default mandatory fields that must populated, plus any fields that were marked mandatory.

The "Customer Number" or "Vendor Number" can be manually created, or you can use dpSmartField to auto generate the number.

The process below choose a Customer. The same process is applied to creating a Vendor

Manage Permissions
1. Open Act
2. Act Tool Bar
Choose Tools
3. Click on DataPlus 4.0/Manage Permissions

Manage Permissions Current Connections
4. Choose e-automate
5. Click on tab Manage Permissions
e-automate Push
6. e-automate Push - create/edit customers from Act! to e-automate
7. Check Box for each Team Name that will have permission to push"
8. You can double click the header or row to check or uncheck all
9. Click Save

10. Click OK

11. Click Yes

12. Click OK
