Take the following steps to clear the processes:
Press CTRL Shift Esc on the keyboard to open the Task Manager.
Click on the Processes tab.
Right click TMWE.exe in the list and select End Process.
Click Yes on the Task Manager Warning window.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for QBW32.Exe.
Open Quickbooks.
