Once the Push Configuration has been performed you can now create Quotes, Sales Orders, & Sales Invoices from Act to Sage 50.

An existing Sage Prospect or Customer can be used to create Quotes.

An existing Sage Customer can be used to create Sales Orders or Sales Invoices.

An existing Act Opportunity must exist to create Sales Orders or Sales Invoices.

Choose Customer
1. In Act, choose an existing Prospect or Customer that is in Sage 50

7. Name Your Act Opportunity
8. Change Process to Sage 50
9. Change Stage to Quote Open
   Note: The DataPlus Act database we provide has the Sage 50 process built in.
10. Click on Products/Services Tab
11. Click on Add...

7. Item # Choose Item
8. Name Will Auto Populate
9. Quantity Enter Qty
10. Modify Cost if needed
11. Modify Price if needed
12. Click on OK
13. Click on OK
14. Click on Add... to continue adding more products for Quote.

4. Choose Tools
5. Choose Sage 50-US
6. Choose Push Quotes..

3. By default the "Use Current Lookup" is Checked
4. Click on Select for the Quote you are ready to push.
5. Click on Next

3. Review of all Quotes & related items by clicking on the + or - sign before the Quote.
4. Each item will be listed.
5. Click on Next

4. Click on Finish
